Garbage pick up when needed. Internet service and Direct TV programming. Cable TV (Direct TV). Beach towels and change of bed sheets as needed. Butane Gas for the Barbeque.Plus a 7% Room Tax and a 5% Service Gratuity
VILLA POLICIES
Rates are based on 2 person per bedroom and are subject to change.
Maximum number of guest is 8 unless previously discussed and approved by owner.
Cleaning service can be arranged daily or for selected days for a fee of $50 per day.
Children are welcomed.
Small dogs are welcome. Owner approval is required.
Chef services can be arranged and coordinated but these will be quoted separately.

We just got back from our second stay at this amazing place. It is in perfect condition, you cannot tell a major hurricane hit this place only a year ago. It has been renovated and it is as beautiful as before.

Martineau Belle Playa looks new and super clean. The pool was great and all the rooms have a great view of the beach. You will feel at home and will not want to leave!! Thanks to the owner René and the manager Héctor. We are already planning to go back!
